I have recently become acquainted with the people who run a similar site to mine in the Netherlands. They too have four children and were on the quest for a 7 Seater Car.

Their site is filled with lots of information on MPV 7 Seater Cars available in the Netherlands including a very handy comparison tool. I am hoping to develop my own comparison tool for my site which will contain information on 7 Seater cars in the UK.  This is going to take me some time as I will be starting from scratch.

Ford S-MAX and Galaxy Blind Spot Information

The Ford S Max and Galaxy MPV 7 Seater Cars have blinds spots which can cause a car to creep up to you and potentially cause an accident. However according to CarAdvice they have resolved the issue by installing BLISS, (Blind Spot Information System).  However the acronym seems incorrect, it should be BLSIS.  But never mind it’s a good idea.  Here’s a quote from the site:-

Now there’s an answer, it’s called BLISS (Blind Spot Information System) and it’s been available on Volvo cars for several years.

The system is incredibly effective and is now standard kit on the Ford S-MAX and Galaxy MPV’s in the UK.

BLISS is essentially a radar warning system, which alerts drivers of vehicles in their blind spot on both sides using a small orange warning light in both side mirrors.

“The UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia remains most important markets in terms of volume. With almost 500 units sold in 2010 so far, Audi’s 7-seater SUV, the Audi Q7, continues to be the best selling model for the brand with the four rings in the SUV-enthusiastic region.
